p. 43 - Mary Cullen's Turkey Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie - This recipe was mistakenly truncated. The recipe should continue on to say:

"Top the turkey with the sweet potato mixture and smooth the top. Cover the sweet potatoes with the cheddar or breadcrumbs if you are watching the fat content, and bake until the cheese is completely melted or the breadcrumbs are toasted—about five minutes. If you want to keep this dish low in fat, omit the cheese (recommended). Serve with cooked spinach or broccoli."
